Overview

Vro̠ Qüeov Gri was founded durring the early 11th century, by Da̋ń̄ Vú̄nḱ 'Eloise Aura' Gärmé̄ Joúr Ga̋ń̄ńch. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Vro̠ Qüeov Gri was built using the conventions of Wood Elf durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vro̠ Qüeov Gri is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Vro̠ Qüeov Gri is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive baked earthen streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city rests behind a set of well fortified walls, with gatehouses, watch towers, and battlments. Vro̠ Qüeov Gri's walls are, howeaver, fashioned from stone and timber. While unorthadox, the design looks to be functional to a reasonable degree. With luck, the untested design will remain untested for years to come. Vro̠ Qüeov Gri's unusual yet seemingly effective fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Vro̠ Qüeov Gri seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are smiling, quietly exchanging words with a friend, or simply enjoying the day as they work. It reminds you of an evening at home as everyone dined, having run out of things to talk about and embraced the savory meal before them.
